Charlotte Ross’s Buttocks – a Sexual Organ?

They’ve recently been dragged before the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) for the pre-watershed airing of an episode of police drama NYPD Blue. The scene in question depicts a boy surprising a woman (Charlotte Ross) who is preparing to take a shower – see below. The network’s argument that “the buttocks are not a sexual organ” was rejected by the FCC who called the show indecent for showing ”sexual organs and excretory organs – specifically an adult woman’s buttocks” between watershed hours (6am and 10pm.)
